With submission to God's will and great sorrow, we announce the sudden passing away of Very Reverend Fr. Yusuf Harman, on Thursday, 24, 2022, at Ahlen, Germany.
The Archdiocese of the Western States of the USA, Metropolitan, Clergy, and institutions extends its deepest condolences to His Eminence Mor Philoxenos Mattias nayis, Metropolitan of the Archdiocese of Germany, the Clergy, and all members of the family and relatives of the late Reverend Yusuf Harman. May the Lord reward him and make his share with the faithful servants who traded the priestly talents with all honesty.
May God bless his spirit with eternal life.

The Western Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch,
providing spiritual guidance and leadership to the Syriac Orthodox
community, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization
comprised of 18 churches and parishes in 17 western states. It was
established in 1952 as the Archdiocese of the Syrian Orthodox Church
encompassing the entire United States and Canada. In November 1995 by
the Holy Synod, the Western Archdiocese was formed to exclusively
